ELIAS AKHTAR AND FARID SOLEIMANI FAAL WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH ATTACK ON SUPERMARKET EMPLOYEES

Police are asking for information that can help locate the 1. Elias Akhtar, 40 years old and 2. Farid Soleimani Faal, 27, against whom court arrest warrants are pending, to facilitate investigations into an ongoing case of common assault causing actual bodily harm, menacing and carrying a weapon to incite terror.

Offences committed in Limassol on 16 November 2024. Specifically, the incident took place in a supermarket in Limassol, when a customer while shopping for an unknown reason seems to have quarreled with an employee of the supermarket. Although the incident ended and the customer left the store, a short time later he returned with two friends to the supermarket where he attacked three employees. It is worth noting that one of the employees appears to have been seriously injured and was taken to a private hospital for treatment.
