Police are appealing for information which may assist in the identification of RAFFI KESTERLYAN, 37, who has an outstanding warrant for his arrest to facilitate inquiries into an ongoing case of assault occasioning actual harm and menace, committed in Nicosia between September and 13 October 2024.
Anyone who knows anything that can help locate him, is asked to contact the TAE Nicosia, on the phone number 22-802222 or the nearest Police Station or the Citizen's Line, on the phone number 1460.
