The Municipality of Pafos announces the licensing of the restaurant in the Municipal Park of Heroes E.O.K.A. 1955-1959, better known as Dasoudi, to the Licensee of Use Mr. Andreas Fotiou, with whom the contract for the License of Use of the restaurant was signed today, October 23, 2024.
The License Fee is set at €1.300,00 per month, plus VAT.
The duration of the License will be ten years, starting from the date of signing the contract and delivery of the restaurant to the Licensee. At the end of the ten-year period, the contract may be renewed for an additional five years, after which there will be no right of renewal.
With the imminent opening of the fully renovated restaurant, a new area of quality entertainment is added to our city, which is expected to become a major attraction for people of all ages, further enriching the environmental and recreational stock of Pafos.
