Tommy Robinson, former fascist English Defence League leader who has been stoking up anti-immigrant riots in the UK and is wanted by British authorities, was seen holidaying in Ayia Napa, the Daily Mail reported.

Robinson, 41, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has been staying at an all-inclusive resort near Ayia Napa whilst posting inflammatory social media content to his 800,000 followers on the X platform criticising UK police for their handling of protests.

The protests in question erupted following the stabbing of three young girls in Southport, northwest England, earlier in the week, with the far-right rioting across the country.

Far-right groups have exploited the incident, propagating misinformation including claims that the assailant was an immigrant, to rally anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant demonstrations. Police officials state that the suspect was born in Britain.

The far-right activist had attempted to keep his location secret after a UK arrest warrant was issued against him last week for skipping a court appearance.

The former EDL leader had been ordered to attend the High Court in London last Monday over alleged breaches of an order not to repeat false claims about a Syrian refugee.

His failure to appear led to an arrest warrant, with execution delayed until early October.

Robinson was previously arrested at the Channel Tunnel terminal in Folkestone under counter-terrorism powers, but was released on unconditional bail.

Whilst his supporters have engaged in riots across the UK, Robinson has been observed relaxing by the pool and dining at the five-star hotel’s restaurants.
