A new yellow warning for isolated thunderstorms has been issued by the Met Office.
In particular, it is expected that mountainous areas and possibly the interior area will be affected.
The intensity of rain is expected to range between 35 and 55 millimeters per hour, while hail may also fall.
The warning will be in effect from 12:00 noon today until 5 pm.
