The Department of Meteorology issued a Yellow Warning for today.
The warning will be in effect from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Wednesday.
Isolated strong storms are expected to affect mountainous and possibly inland areas.
The intensity of rain is expected to vary between 35 and 55 millimeters per hour, and hail is also possible.

Today, locally increased clouds will be observed at times, which in the afternoon and early afternoon are expected to give isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly in the mountains and inland. In a storm it is possible that hail will fall. Winds will initially be mainly southeast to southwest light, 3 Beaufort, later becoming mainly southwest to northwest, light to moderate, 3 to 4 Beaufort. The sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will rise to 39 degrees inland, 38 on the northern coast, 32 on the western coast, around 34 on the rest of the coast and 29 degrees in the higher mountains.
Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear, although there will be increased low cloud at times. Locally, during the morning hours, light mist or fog may form. The winds will be mainly northwest to northeast weak, 3 Beaufort and the sea will be calm to a little rough. The temperature will drop to 24 degrees in the interior and the coasts and to 21 degrees in the higher mountains.
On Thursday and Friday, the weather will initially be mostly clear, but in the afternoon and early afternoon there will be locally increased clouds, which may give isolated rain, without excluding an isolated storm, mainly in mountainous and inland areas . On Saturday, the weather will be mostly clear, although there will be locally increased clouds in the afternoon and early afternoon.
The temperature is not expected to change appreciably until Saturday and will continue to fluctuate slightly above the average climatological values.
