A large number of complaints about sending messages, which indicate that they are from the Tax Office, have recently been received by the Police.
According to the complaints, the recipient of the message is asked to pay a sum to avoid court seizure.
As the Police said in a statement, these messages include a bank account and a specific amount is requested to be deposited in order to settle the debt.
Therefore, you urge the public to be highly suspicious and to scrupulously check the content of such messages, since it is a scam.
