The beloved and popular singer George Kalopedis returns to Technopolis 20, four years after his last performance, for a beautiful music night in the garden, on Sunday, 25th of August 2024 at 8pm.

George Kalopedis has been performing for over 25 years across Cyprus and is one of the most popular Soul, Jazz, Swing, Motown, Funk and Blues singers on the island. Performing regularly at live venues, bars, festivals and private events, he has already developed a loyal following thanks to his positive charisma and powerful tenor vocals. George comes from the tradition of male jazz vocalists and his setlist is influenced by legends such as Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, James Brown, Sting, Michael Bublé, Van Morrison, Nina Simone, Etta James & many more.

Ηe leads the jazz band with Loukas Louka on piano, backed by the tuned-in, skilful rhythms from drummer Philipp Psillides and double bassist Costas Challoumas. The band's repertoire is swinging, classic jazz, soul & RnB with tunes made famous by male vocalists like Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack, Michael Bublé, Ray Charles & Van Morrison.
