The Municipality of East Pafos, responding to modern needs and requirements, aiming at better and faster service to citizens, as well as the active participation of citizens in solving problems, proceeded to the creation of a Citizen Service Service, which operates within the Municipal Hall.

All complaints, problems or requests submitted by citizens are recorded and, once codified, referred to the competent services for examination and resolution. Within this sphere of competence, the Office shall: · enables the citizen to address and express his complaint or request and claim the right to service, · guides citizens on issues that concern them and provides information on procedures and legislation, · examines as soon as possible any suggestions, complaints and requests and immediately informs the citizen concerned or guides him on any actions to be taken on his part, · Through a specialized software program, it monitors the progress of dealing with complaints, from the initial stage of their submission to the outcome of the final result, · is responsible for monitoring and implementing the decisions taken and prepares and submits a relevant monthly report to the Mayor and the Municipal Council.
