The liquidator of the company summons Laiki Bank's creditors to a general meeting to inform them of the actions taken.
Specifically, by notifying him and in accordance with Article 234(2) of the Companies Law Cap. 113, the liquidator of the company convenes a General Meeting of the company's creditors, which will take place at the European University Cyprus, Cultural Center, 6 Diogenous Street, 2404 Engomi, Nicosia, on Tuesday, 9 July 2024 at 4:00p.m.
The main topic of the General Meeting will be to inform the Company's creditors about the progress of the liquidation procedure and the actions of the liquidator from the date of his appointment until the date of the General Meeting.
In his notice, he points out that Creditors wishing to appoint a proxy to attend their place must complete and deliver to the liquidator's offices at 85 Limassol Avenue, Ground Floor, 2121 Aglantzia, Nicosia or P.O. Box 55299, 3820 Limassol, a relevant power of attorney document by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, 5 July 2024.
