The excursion fee for secondary school students will be increased by €2 from this year.
During the registration process for the new school year in Gymnasiums, Lyceums and Technical Schools, parents have to pay €10, instead of €8 until now, for the end of their children's excursions during each school year. This information is mentioned in a circular of the Ministry of Education to secondary schools, which includes all the details for the registration and confirmation of enrolment of students in view of the new school year.
For students of the first grade of Gymnasium, registration will take place on June 20 and 21 with the physical presence of parents/guardians in schools.
For students of the second and third grades of Gymnasium, the second and third grades of Lyceum and the second and third grades of Technical Schools, the registration confirmation will be made electronically from 18 to 21 June 2024.
For Lyceum A' students, registration will take place on June 18 and 19, 2024, with the physical presence of parents/guardians at schools.
For the students of the first grade of Lyceum who will attend the following three schools, the electronic platform eCMP will operate on a pilot basis: a) Apostolou Lyceum Varnava, b) Kykkos B High School and c) Polemidia High School.
Registration in the system will take place between June 17 and June 21 and the Ministry of Education invites parents who do not have an identified profile in CY LOGIN to create it in time. For students of the first grade of Technical Schools, registration will take place on 17 and 18 June 2024, with the physical presence of students and parents/guardians at schools.
