UPDATE - NORMAL SERVICE RESUMED. System back in operation
Cyprus’ General Healthcare System (GHS) is currently experiencing disruption due to a technical problem impacting the software used by healthcare providers.
This has hindered their ability to serve patients.
Andreas Papaconstantinou, General Director of the Health Insurance Organisation (HIO), confirmed the issue to Phileleftheros and assured that the HIO is actively working towards restoring the software.
