Bank of Cyprus continues to create value for its shareholders. In this context and subject to approval for the payment of a cash dividend by the European Central Bank, it enables its shareholders to receive the upcoming and any future dividend payments due to them, electronically.
Available methods of electronic dividend payment
The option of electronic dividend payment can be made in the following ways:
1. CSE shareholders, who are customers of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd and subscribers to 1bank, may, via 1bank Internet Banking (https://online.bankofcyprus.com/Login_UI/Login by selecting Profile/Dividend Payment) or BoC Mobile app (by selecting Personal Information/Dividend Payment), submit their instructions in order to receive their dividend payments electronically to an account in their name at the Bank of Cyprus.
2. CSE shareholders who are customers of Bank of Cyprus, but are not subscribers to 1bank, can become free subscribers and obtain access codes through Internet Banking or the BoC Mobile app and then submit their instructions.
3. CSE shareholders who are not currently clients of Bank of Cyprus can become customers by opening an account with Bank of Cyprus through the BoC Mobile app, and then submit their instructions.
4. CSE shareholders who wish to receive their dividends by electronic transfer to other financial institutions may submit their instructions in writing by sending the appropriate forms in accordance with the instructions set out therein. CSE shareholders in common share or legal entities

Dividend due date and payment
CSE Shareholders, who wish to receive their dividend electronically, should proceed and give the necessary instructions up to 10 working days before the date of payment.
The payment is scheduled for June 14, 2024, subject to first approval by the Annual General Meeting on May 17, 2024. If they do so late, their instructions will be taken into account for the next dividend payment.
