Since March 2022, when the Pafos Municipality Citizen Service Centre began its operation, it seems to be becoming the property of more and more citizens for the services it offers. This is what officials of the Municipal Palace assess the first year of operation of the new municipal service, pointing out that the Center is increasingly evident that it serves citizens faster and more comfortably than the corresponding state services due to the limited number of audiences to which it is addressed.
Among other things, the Pafos Citizens Service Centre provides services for the reconnection or disconnection of water supply to premises, the payment of water bills, the activation of bank orders, while applications for the electronic sending of bills, applications for new water supply connections and objections to the amount of bills are also received. The unit also serves consumers connected to SAPA for Council issues, which extends the Centre's "arc" of service beyond the Municipality of Pafos, to the peri-urban areas connected to SAPA.
The Citizen Service Centre of the Municipality of Pafos is housed in a newly constructed building in the parking lot of the "Stelios Kyriakides" Stadium, at 1 Michael Savva Street.
