The environmental authority has given the green light for the construction of a bridge and a connecting road for the interconnection of the industrial and craft zone of Tremithousa with the industrial area of Mesogi in the Pafos district, as well as the reconstruction of the existing accesses connected to it.
The total length of the proposed bridge and road project is 200 meters, with 60 meters relating to the length of the bridge. It is worth noting that construction began in 2012, but was stopped due to a forced redesign of the project, which arose due to slope instability problems in the foundation positions of its pedestals and piers.
The proposed cost of this government project is estimated at €2 million. while its completion is placed within the first half of 2025.
