In the framework of the last phase of the project of the Pafos Municipality "Regeneration of the traditional core of the Anavargo District and the southern area of the traditional commercial centre of Pafos", its last asphalt paving took place today, 05/01/2024, on Vasilikon Street of the Anavargou parish.
With the completion of the coating works of the new asphalt layer up to the assembly with the paved part of Vasilikon Street, the substantial works within the pavements of the area are completed, with the exception of a small section at the junction of Vasilikon Street with Anavargou Avenue, at the height of the Holy Church of Agios Georgios, where due to rainfall the paving works were slowed down.
Within the next week, the entire road network will be free for vehicular traffic.
