The change of ownership of the American Academy building complex in the area of Acheleia in Paphos has been official for some time now.
"F" information, confirmed by financial circles involved in the negotiations, indicates that the new big deal of millions in Pafos was closed with a buyer of a group of Russian interests. The same information speaks of a multi-million agreement, in its expression.
Based on what has been agreed, the future of this development will continue to be in the field of education, since the new owner has informed that his intention is to operate a school of all levels of education there. This school will be English-speaking and the new owners have announced that they are already moving intensively towards the competent state departments to secure the necessary permits to enable the operation of the new school in the new school year.
The building complex located on the old Paphos-Limassol road, between Acheleia and Koloni, is 12 years old. It consists of the ground floor with three sections, those of the administration, the kindergarten, the elementary and the gymnasium, two courtyards and outdoor courts.
