The Department of Fisheries and Marine Research of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment announces that the issuance of recreational fishing licenses for the year 2024 has begun. These are licences relating to:
—- Recreational fishing licence by boat
—- Recreational snorkelling license
—- Recreational license for pole-and-line fishing in the reservoirs
—- Recreational fishing trap licence
The issuance/renewal of recreational fishing licenses is done through the electronic platform posted on the website of DFMR at the link https://licence.dfmr.moa.gov.cy/
Regarding amateur licenses with rod in the Dams, their renewal can also be done through JCC Smart at the link http://www.jccsmart.com/
