The serene neighbourhood of Tala celebrates the opening of its first yoga school, Yoga Shala. This school is a culmination of years of learning and dedication within the Ashtanga and Hatha yoga traditions, and now its doors are welcoming practitioners of all levels at Prigkipissis Zinas, NteTypas – in the heart of the village [opposite the big new church]
Inspired by the legendary teachings of Sharath Jois and nurtured by the wisdom mentors Eddie Stern and Deepak Chopra, our school is a fusion of sacred Vedic knowledge, profound philosophy, and the art of physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Alena Shaidulina and guest master Govinda Kai, two revered figures in the yoga world, lead our classes. Their extensive experience and connection to the traditional roots of yoga provide an unparalleled learning environment for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Yoga Shola offers an array of classes in both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga traditions, accessible on-site and online. Wherever you are, we bring the essence of true yoga to your life.
The School's doors have been open since September so our journey has just begun. Our mission is to offer a sanctuary for personal growth, mindfulness, and a deep connection with the self and the Tala Community.

On 28th of December there is an open day at Yoga Shala
("Yoga Shala Open Day"). You are invited to join us for a guided yoga lesson and vegan snacks to celebrate the New Year's and Christmas festive moods together
