The development by the Court of Paphos in relation to the freezing of the money from the accounts of the Municipality of Paphos in relation to the decree issued by the court is positive.
According to lawyer Aristis Korakidou-Markidou, this decision reflects the essential facts of the case.
"The Court today annulled the order freezing the money in the accounts of the Municipality at the Hellenic Bank and sentenced the Holy Metropolis to pay the costs.
Many thanks first to the Financial Director of the Municipality, Mr. Christophoros who immediately prepared the documents requested of him and which recorded the essential facts about the case and were attached to the affidavits of the Municipality, many thanks to the Municipal Secretary Mr. Filippidis, whose testimony was accepted by the Court and finally to the Mayor who always guides and gives the big picture.
