Stolen goods worth €365,000 were found in the possession of the 37-year-old, who a few days ago was caught in the act receiving 6 kilos of cannabis in an area of Limassol.
According to information from the examinations carried out by members of the ICF of Limassol in relation to jewellery and other valuables found in his possession, testimony emerged linking him to 11 residential burglaries committed between 7/22-10/23 in the Limassol district with stolen property worth approximately €365,000.
It is recalled that after his arrest, a search followed at his home where another 600 grams of cannabis was found, while in his other three vehicles, a large number of jewellery, silverware, a computer, an air pistol, eight fireworks, four harmful gas launchers, a large number of watches and other objects were found.

A 56-year-old man was arrested yesterday by police in a case of theft from a tenant.
The person in question allegedly stole property worth more than five thousand euros from a business premises which he rented and whose lease was recently terminated.
According to the spokesman of the Pafos Police Department, Michalis Nicolaou, the case was reported about a month ago by the woman who rented the premises to the 56-year-old. As he mentioned in particular, since 2022 he rented a premises which he owns in the area of Moutalos to the 56-year-old who operated it as a snack bar.
Last September, Mr. Nicolaou said, the tenant left the premises and handed over the key. However, a check carried out by the complainant afterwards revealed that property of a total value of €5450 had been stolen, including a cash register, plastic chairs and various other items.
An arrest warrant was issued against the 56-year-old and he was arrested.

Members of the Police (Larnaca YKAN Unit) proceeded yesterday to the arrest of four persons.
Specifically, members of the YKAN conducted yesterday on the basis of a court warrant a search of a house in Larnaca during the search, in the courtyard of the house were found two men aged 42 and 34 engaged in various jobs.

In a subsequent search of the house, in the presence of its 32-year-old owner, as well as a 28-year-old woman, 27.70 grams of crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine, five precision scales with traces of white powder, as well as a sum of money were found at various points and received as evidence.
Both the 32-year-old and the 28-year-old (later released) were arrested for flagrant offences.
The YKAN (Larnaca Unit) and the Larnaca Minor Offences Department continue the examinations.

The Pafos District Court today placed a 29-year-old woman from Paphos under four-day detention in connection with an ongoing case of theft of a safe by an association in the city.
The theft was reported on August 13 by the manager of the association in Kato Paphos, stating that on the same day a laptop worth €400 was burglarized and stolen from the building, as well as a safe, which contained a sum of nine thousand euros.
Members of the Pafos ICF went to the scene and further examinations revealed that the entrance was achieved by a breach of a balcony door.
The examinations that followed secured testimony against a 29-year-old woman, who was found at dawn today, arrested and brought before the Pafos District Court, which issued a four-day detention order against her.

Two men, allegedly involved in the murders of Kalogeropoulos and Mavromichalis, tried to escape from the illegal airport of occupied Tymbou yesterday by private jet, but were noticed by the "police" and arrested, interrogated, taken to the prisons of the pseudo-state and there is contact with the authorities of the Republic on the matter, through the United Nations. writes the website "Haber Kibris".
