Public information on the contact details of the Personal Doctor On-Call Services during the weekends of 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29 October 2023 The Health Insurance Organization (OHI) informs the public about the contact details of the Personal Physician On-Call Services (PI), by province, during the weekends of October 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29, 2023. On-call (YE) opening hours on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are from 11:00 to 17:00. In addition, the call center will start its operation 30 minutes before the opening of the HR.

It is reminded that the Emergency On-call Services are provided to adults and children who are beneficiaries of the NHS, during weekends and public holidays, and concern the provision of health care for emergency problems such as the acute onset of alarming symptoms, sudden and severe pain, exacerbation of symptoms of a serious chronic disease, high fever accompanied by other symptoms. Beneficiaries should not turn to PI Emergency Services for pre-existing medical conditions, issuance of repeated prescriptions, issuance of referrals to other services of the NHS or in cases where they do not have the time to visit their Personal Physician. On-call Services operate at weekends and public holidays from 11:00 to 17:00. For their service, the beneficiaries contact the PI Emergency Services of their province by telephone during the operating hours of the Emergency Services. After assessing the health problem, an appointment is arranged during the day and during the hours of operation of the On-call Services. It is emphasized that, in order to properly serve the beneficiaries, the services operate only with scheduled appointments.
