Police handcuffed a 29-year-old man in connection with a vehicle arson case in Limassol.
According to police, the arrest of the 29-year-old, based on a court warrant, was made as part of the investigation of the case, while he was detained to facilitate interrogations.
The case under investigation concerns a car arson, which was committed in the early morning of July 5, 2023, in the Limassol district.

Authorities were alerted early Sunday morning following reports of a bomb explosion outside a house in Nicosia.
According to the Police, the explosion occurred at a house in the area of Geri, while members of the Police rushed to the scene for on-site examinations.
Reports indicate that the motives for planting a bomb appear to relate to drug cases.
Police investigations are ongoing.
