The tourist product of Paphos is enriched with seven more beautiful, safe and functional beaches. The contracts for the granting of a license for the provision of services and facilities were signed at various points of the beach in the Municipal Area of the Municipality of Pafos.
Today, the Mayor of the city, Phedonas Phedonos, signed, following a Tender Procedure, with the bidders of the tender the relevant Contracts under which the Municipality allows the provision of services and facilities at various points of the beach in accordance with the respective decree of the Ministry of Interior each year until 2029.
The bidders of the tender for the granting of a service license are:
1. NIKITAS NIKOLAOU for Faros point for the total amount of €90.000
2. KOSTAS DEMETRIOU for Alykes A – by the Annabelle Hotel for the total amount of €140.850
3. THANOS HOTELS for Alykes B and Alykes C – by Annabelle Hotel for the total amount of €105.002 and €105.002 respectively
4. KANIKA HOTELS LTD for Vrysoudia B1 – by Alexander the Great Hotel for the total amount of €100.000
5. SOCRATES NEOPHYTOU for Vrysoudia B2 for the total amount of €20.000
6. ANDROS SOCRATES for Pachyammos 2 –by the Imperial Hotel for the total amount of €250.750
7. GLYKI NERO ESTATE LTD for the Tombs of the Kings spot – by the Elysium Hotel for the total amount of €250.500
The bidders of the tender for the granting of a license for the provision of facilities are:
1. FANOS ENTERPRISES LTD for Alykes beach for the total amount of €103.000
2. FANOS ENTERPRISES LTD for Vrysoudia B beach – by the hotel Alexander the Great for the total amount of €151.900
3. ANDRIANOS MICHAEL for Pachyammos 1 beach – next to the Imperial Hotel for the total amount of €75.000
4. NICK NIKOLAOU WATERSPORTS LTD for Pachyammos 2 beach – by the Olympic Lagoon Resort for the total amount of €50.200.
