Indian chef Atul Kochhar, awarded with two Michelin stars, hosts on September 15 and 16 the tourist resort of Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort.
Chef Atul Kochhar, with a very rich career of 25 years in haute cuisine behind him, won his first Michelin star at Tamarind restaurant in 2001. He then opened his own restaurant, Benares, in London's Mayfair in 2002, which earned him his second star in 2007. Since then, Chef Atul has continuously expanded his restaurant portfolio, bringing his knowledge and skills to several award-winning culinary destinations including Sindhu in Marlow, Hawkyns in Amersham, Buckinghamshire and Indian Essence in Petts Wood, Kent.
