An elderly foreigner, a permanent resident of Tala, spotted burglars outside her home late in the afternoon.
As soon as she approached one of them and asked him for an explanation about an object he was carrying, he attacked her by spray gas/ He then beat her and stole her mobile phone.
The police raised the alarm to identify the perpetrators. According to the foreigner, who fortunately was not seriously injured, approaching her residence, she saw a saloon vehicle parked, recorded the registration numbers.
On her way down, she saw a stranger who had his face covered with a surgical mask carrying an object from a van to the saloon apparently used by the burglars.
When she asked for an explanation, he attacked her by ejecting the gas with which she temporarily lost consciousness, snatched her mobile phone worth €600 and disappeared.
