A Greek Cypriot wanted from Nicosia was arrested in Paphos. A search of his vehicle found a large quantity of tools believed to be stolen.
Tobacco products that appear to have been illegally transported from the occupied areas were also found.

A case of sexual abuse of two underage girls, who were in Cyprus on holiday, is being investigated by the authorities in Paphos.
According to information, the incident was reported by the minors themselves, who went, accompanied by their parents, to a police station, where they reported that a 50-year-old man sexually abused them.
Videotaped statements have already been taken, with authorities arresting the 50-year-old.

Police confiscated loudspeakers and audio players from premises that did not have a license to use loudspeakers.
Specifically, in the context of a coordinated police operation to combat noise pollution, members of the Limassol OPE, in cooperation with a sound pollution inspector of the Ministry of Interior, conducted a search at a premises in Limassol. During the investigation, it was found that recorded music was transmitted to the premises, using loudspeakers, but the premises did not have a relevant license.
The owner of the premises was reported for this offence, while a loudspeaker and two amplifiers were received as evidence from the premises.
Police operations to combat noise pollution and nuisance continue daily in all districts.

A 37-year-old man was arrested after he was found selling laughing gas in Ayia Napa.
Officers caught him in the act on Friday where he was seen making a deal and is being investigated for illegal possession with intent to supply.
Police found 48 unused and 28 used ampoules a metal canister, 76 balloons, the sum of €170 and a wireless card payment device. All were seized as evidence.
