The environmental authority has given the green light for a large residential development of the company Armonia Estates of the Leptos Group in Chloraka.
The proposed project concerns Phase 10 of the residential development "Venus Gardens" and includes the construction and operation of two six-storey buildings (with ground floor in overhang) and covered parking spaces while there will be no underground levels.
The height of the buildings will rise to approximately 27 meters and will include a total of 58 apartments.
In addition to the buildings, Phase 10 includes the creation of a swimming pool, a tennis court, parking spaces and a private green space.
The estimated cost of Phase 10 of the new major project in the Paphos real estate market amounts to a total of approximately €9,000,000.00
