A decree by the Nicosia District Court further extending the deadline for submission of a Debt Verification by each creditor to 6 months from the date of drafting of the Decree, i.e. until September 8, 2023, has been secured by the Liquidator of CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD (H.E.1).
It is noted that the deadline for examining the debt verification of each creditor by the Liquidator remains unchanged, i.e. 150 days from the date of submission of each debt verification.
