HOW WILL BENEFIT PAYMENTS BE MADE AFTER SERVER FAILURE?

 Filenews 11 April 2023

The Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, on the occasion of the problem that occurred on Monday with its websites temporarily out of service, informs the public that payments can be made by cheque or cash at the local District Social Insurance Offices.

As the Ministry states in an announcement, due to the problem, the payment of contributions via the Internet (SISnet) is temporarily out of operation, as well as the electronic submission of applications for unemployment, sickness, maternity, childbirth allowance and statutory pension and the Information System "ERGANI" for electronic recruitment of employees.

It notes that the registration and renewal of the signature of the unemployed can be carried out with physical presence at the local offices of the Public Employment Service and then at the offices of the Social Insurance Services.

Applications for sick pay and maternity benefit can be submitted electronically once the system is restored, without affecting the right of claimants.

Applications for childbirth allowance and statutory pension can also be submitted in printed form (by post or at the local Social Insurance Services Offices).

Finally, the Ministry states that the update of the "ERGANI" system with the start date of employment for new hires will take place when the damage is repaired.
