The Apostille Stamp document certification service, at the Paphos Citizen Service Centre (KEP), is extended from Monday, April 3, 2023, in addition to the certification of public documents and to the certification of private documents, Affidavits with annexes and Documents of the Registrar of Companies, says the Department of Public Administration and Personnel of the Ministry of Finance.
In an announcement of the Department, it is noted that the other KEP (Nicosia 1, Nicosia 2, Larnaca, Famagusta, Kolossi, Polis Chrysochous and Pelendriou) continue to provide the service of certifying documents with the Apostille Seal, only for public documents.
The service of citizens for certification with the Apostille Stamp also continues, for all types of documents, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order in Nicosia and at the office of the Ministry in Limassol, which is housed in the Limassol KEP.
It is reminded that, for their service in KEP, citizens should arrange an appointment in advance, through telephone communication with the KEP, at the single, pancyprian number 22309100.
