March 12, 2023 is the deadline for verifying a claim for creditors of the former Laiki says the Liquidator of the Company.
In particular, creditors who have a claim from the Company are reminded to verify their claim and that the deadline for each creditor to submit a Debt Verification is March 12, 2023.
The creditor debt verification process can also be carried out electronically. To submit a debt verification electronically, creditors are invited to visit the https://registration.appadvisory.eu/register website and follow the instructions for submitting their details in order to obtain unique access to the Creditors' Portal of the liquidation to which they will submit their claim.
It is noted that the deadline for the examination of the debt verification by the Liquidator remains unchanged, at 150 days from the date of submission of each verification.
