The Police reminds that as of midnight on Saturday, March 11, 2023, the deadline for the renewal of the registration certificate of motor vehicles has expired.
As stated in an announcement by the Police, those vehicle owners who have not renewed the registration of their vehicle are urged to do so, otherwise if they are found driving without a renewed registration certificate they will be subject to the consequences of the relevant Legislation.
The Police, as of today, during the traffic checks carried out to prevent traffic violations, will also check whether the registration certificate for motor vehicles has been renewed. According to the Police, in case the non-renewal of the vehicle's registration certificate is found, the members of the force will make a relevant complaint.
