The Party for the Animals of Cyprus continues its protests (the third in a row) regarding the issue of the permanent closure of the Limassol Zoo.
"The situation has reached the point of no return and under no circumstances are we going to let other animals die inside the zoo.
We are indignant that to date we have not seen any investigations or findings concerning the causes of the death of the animals within the zoo.
We would like to inform you that on Sunday, February 19, at 15:00, the Party for the Animals of Cyprus, the Movement of ecologists – citizens' cooperation, the 'Energo' Movement, the Voice for the Animals of Cyprus, Catpaws, Hope for Homeless Cyprus, activists as well as other sensitized citizens and organized groups will participate in the event outside the Zoo," the statement reads.
