Following the change of procedures for sending/receiving parcels from 1 January 2023, if you have an incoming parcel, you may receive the following SMS message.  This message is genuine, but if you have any doubts, please log onto the Cyprus Post website from your browser then input the reference number of the incoming parcel.  Once you have input the reference number for the parcel,  you will then be advised what documentation you need to upload and any steps you need to take.
