Open for consultation until March 2, 2023 is phase 10 of the residential development Venus Gardens, in the Community of Chlorakas by the company Armonia Estates of the Leptos Group.
The proposed project, the cost of which amounts to €9 million, has as its main purpose the creation of two buildings (Block 2 and Block 3), a swimming pool, a tennis court, private parking lots and a private green space. The main use of the Proposed Project (Phase 10) will be residential/holiday.
In total, the two proposed buildings (Block 2 and Block 3), will consist of 6 (six) floors (with ground floor on a ledge), while there are no underground levels at all.
The total height of the proposed buildings will be about 27 metres, from the ground level. The total area of the development (of the entire Project) amounts to approximately 29,400 sq.m., while that of Phase 10 is approximately 17,634 sq.m.
It is worth noting that there will not be any demolition works At the same time, a shared swimming pool, parking spaces with a total area of 1,350 sq.m. and a tennis court will be created.
It is also proposed to create a green space, accessible to the public with a total area of 3,306 sq.m., as a compensatory measure for the multi-storey (tall) buildings Block 2 and Block 3.
The construction works of the project are expected to begin with the issuance of the necessary permits, and it is estimated that they will last about 24-36 months.
