Having always as its main concern, the good of the city's sports, the Municipality of Paphos decided to resume the operation of the Municipal Swimming Pool, for the clubs of the city, which have accepted and signed the memorandum of understanding, prepared by the Municipality, according to the instructions of the needs of the two clubs.
This is according to an announcement by the Municipality, pointing out that after this development from today Monday the Municipal Swimming Pool opens its doors for the Sports For All Program and for the water polo of the Cultural Association "Evagoras Pallikaridis" of Paphos, which signed. For the fact that the Municipal Swimming Pool remains closed to the Paphos Nautical Club, the sole responsibility lies with the Club itself, which refused to sign the memorandum of understanding with the Municipality of Paphos, the municipal authority points out.
The Municipality believes that the arrangements and the distribution of the hours of use of the Swimming Pool are fair and hopes that with the reopening of the Swimming Pool, the confrontational climate created in the last year will end, both for the good of both our children and the development of sports in our city.
