PAPHOS - ARREST FOR BURGLARY AND 22 TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS FOUND IN ONE NIGHT

The police in Paphos proceeded with the arrest of a 31-year-old man in connection with a case of house burglary and theft of valuables committed on December 13th.

The members of the ICF Paphos were led to the 31-year-old after information and a search of his home, during which a number of luxury watches, computers and other types of jewelry were found. Part of the property was identified by the 57-year-old owner of the house as her property.

In the same case, an arrest warrant was also issued against a 40-year-old woman who is considered by the Police to be an associate of the 31-year-old.

On the same night, the Police in Paphos proceeded with 22 complaints by drivers for traffic violations. In one case, a 16-year-old Greek Cypriot was found to be driving a car, while in another case it was found that the co-driver of the vehicle checked was a foreigner residing in Cyprus illegally and was arrested.
