The Liquidator of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, Augustine Papathomas, reminds creditors who have a claim from the Company to verify their claim and that the deadline for the submission of a Debt Verification by each creditor has been extended until March 12, 2023.
It is also recalled that the creditor debt verification procedure can also be carried out electronically. To submit a debt verification electronically, creditors are invited to visit the https://registration.appadvisory.eu/register website and follow the instructions for submitting their details in order to obtain unique access to the Creditors' Portal of the liquidation to which they will submit their claim.
It is noted that the deadline for the examination of the debt verification of each creditor by the Liquidator remains unchanged, i.e. 150 days from the date of submission of each debt verification.
