Wizz Air, the fastest growing and greenest airline in the world, today announced the further strengthening of its base in Cyprus, with the addition of two Airbus A321neo aircraft.
The addition of extra aircraft allows the launch of three new routes as well as increased frequency on six routes from Larnaca International Airport. Bookings for the new routes have already started, with tickets available on the airline's wizzair.com or mobile app.
The availability of two more aircraft at the Wizz Air base in Larnaca increases the base to the four aircraft. This is a move that brings the number of routes from the base to 32, including the launch of three new routes from Larnaca. Passengers will now be able to fly to Dammam, Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the increase in seat availability allows Wizz Air to increase the frequency of its flights from the base to Athens, London Luton, Prague, Tel Aviv, Thessaloniki, Yerevan.
