Extension by decree for the applications of the creditors of CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD announced by its Liquidator.
Specifically, in its announcement, it informs the creditors of the Company that the Liquidator has secured a Decree from the District Court of Nicosia which further extends the deadline for the submission of Debt Verification by each creditor to 150 days from the date of drafting the Decree, i.e. until March 12, 2023.
It is noted that the deadline for examining the debt verification of each creditor by the Liquidator remains unchanged, i.e. 150 days from the date of submission of each debt verification.
