The Price Index of Construction Materials for August 2022 amounted to 134,34 units (based on 2015=100), recording a marginal decrease of 0,13% compared to the previous month.
Compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, the index recorded an increase of 16.69%. By main product category, increases were recorded in metal products (19.66%), minerals (15.81%), wood products, insulation, chemicals and plastics (15.69%), mineral products (15.62%) and electromechanical items (11.91%).
