A food delivery man, aged 23, was injured while working in a new accident, which occurred in Emba.
According to the spokesman of the Paphos Police Department, Michalis Nikolaou, the car crash occurred on Wednesday night, when a car driven by a 25-year-old woman in Emba, under circumstances that are being investigated, allegedly stopped the course of a 23-year-old food distributor, who was on a motorcycle.
The motorcyclist was injured and taken to Paphos Hospital where it was found that he was injured in the lower limbs and was detained for further treatment.
On the occasion of the new car accident, voices are growing in the area about the frequent accidents and incidents, since the main road that connects Emba with the Municipality of Paphos does not have street lighting and sidewalks, while the many vertical side streets that cross it are considered death traps.
