If you receive a bill which is an estimate which you feel is excessive, please take a photo of the reading on your meter and send this to WhatsApp 99205394 with the text 'new bill please'. You should receive a message back to confirm whether a new bill will be issued.

It appears that due to the heat EAC staff take meter readings up until around 9.30am each working day, then return to the office. There may, therefore, be more estimated bills.
