The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, following its announcement. April 21, 2021, informs the business community that due to the tight schedules until the deadline for the update of the Register of Beneficial Owners which is July 31, 2022, and after a general requirement of the business public, the hours for the receipt of applications to the Department for identification of the profiles of legal entities (companies and cooperatives), from Monday, July 25, 2022 are extended until 13.00 and without limitation to the number of applications.
Specifically, the Department will accept daily applications for identifications of the profiles of legal entities with the presentation of the necessary documents:
- Between the hours 09.00 – 13.00 (Monday – Friday).
- Without any restriction on the number of applications submitted.
- In the specially designed space that has been created on the ground floor of the XENIOS building.
The work will be completed by the authorized examiners of the Department at their offices and will be completed no later than 1 week.
