As we all know, Cypriots are last minute and a solution for the timely submission of our tax return comes through technology. An alternative route for many of our compatriots could be the tax tool TaxApp.cy, which in essence is a last-minute solution, as the time limits are tight (expiration on July 31).
The innovative online tax tool allows the user to complete and submit their tax return, following simple instructions in the form of short queries. At the same time, it offers security to the user, as the declaration is checked by professional tax consultants, before it is submitted, on behalf of the user, to TAXISnet, thus ensuring its correctness.
This application has secured an operating approval from ICPAC (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus), while at the same time the platform is compatible with the GDPR regulation. It also ensures that users' data remains safe.
According to Marios Papageorgiou, CEO of TaxApp.cy, "in case the user chooses to prepare and submit the declaration himself through the platform, the final cost amounts to €19,50 + VAT. The process is extremely simple. There is a pre-existing tax ID number, registration in TAXISnet and registration in TaxApp. However, in case the user decides to undertake the whole process entirely, without having any involvement, the cost amounts to €79,50 + VAT. It is enough just to send us all the tax forms that concern him."
