Sixteen new deaths due to coronavirus announced by the Ministry of Health, 9 were recorded in the week of July 22 - 28. According to the announcement in the last week, 6,863 new cases were identified with the positivity rate rising to 7.21%.

- Man, aged 67, who passed away on 24/02/2022
- Man, aged 64, who passed away on 12/05/2022
- Woman, aged 78, who passed away on 31/05/2022
- Woman, aged 100, who passed away on 21/07/2022
- Woman, aged 84, who passed away on 21/07/2022
- Man, aged 78, who passed away on 22/07/2022
- Man, aged 78, who passed away on 23/07/2022
- Woman, aged 88, who passed away on 23/07/2022
- Woman, aged 73, who passed away on 23/07/2022
- Man, aged 63, who passed away on 24/07/2022
- Man, aged 70, who passed away on 24/07/2022
- Man, aged 70, who passed away on 25/07/2022

- Total number of deaths with COVID-19 as the ultimate cause: 1,115.
- 76 COVID-19 patients are being treated in SHSO hospitals
- 7 in serious condition (ICU: 1 off ventilator/3 intubated, MAF: 3)
- 3 patients who ceased to be infectious continue to be hospitalized by intubation due to COVID in an Intensive Care Unit.
Diagnostic tests:
- A total of 95,172 diagnostic tests were performed
- 6,863 new cases were detected (total cases 562,911).
- Positivity rate in all tests 7.21%
Total number of molecular tests (PCR):
- 4,175 molecular tests were performed
- 566 positive cases were reported
- Positivity rate 13.56%
Total number of Rapid Antigen Tests:
- 90,997 rapid antigen tests were performed
- There were 6,297 positive cases
- Positivity rate 6.92%
Private initiative:
- 3,543 molecular tests were performed, 459 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 12.96%)
- 68,600 rapid antigen tests were performed, 5,797 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 8.45%)
Through the programs of the Ministry of Health, 22,397 rapid antigen tests were carried out. 500 positive cases were identified.
- Sampling points: 13,925 rapid detection tests identified 361 positive cases (positivity rate 2.59%)
Other
- National Guard: 302 rapid antigen tests were performed and 17 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 5.63%)
- Nursing homes: 5,284 rapid antigen tests were performed, 103 positive cases were identified (positivity rate 1.95%)
- Closed facilities: 2,886 rapid antigen tests were performed, 19 new cases were identified (positivity rate of 0.66%).
