The date for the commencement of the operation of the on-call clinics of the Ministry of Health in all provinces has been closed for July 9, provided that outstanding issues are resolved on issues that have been raised during the previous meetings.
According to an announcement by the Ministry, the operation of the on-call clinics and the date of their commencement were the focus of a meeting held today at the Ministry of Health under the chairmanship of the Minister of Health, Mr. Michalis Hadjipantelas.
During the meeting it was decided that the aim is for the commencement of on-call dispensaries to take place on July 9, 2022, in all provinces, since any outstanding issues on issues raised during the previous meetings are resolved. More information on the process of integrated on-call design and model will be announced in the coming days. All stakeholders recognize that public hospitals are the backbone of the Health System and therefore the launch of the on-call system will start from the infrastructure of the CySEC, as the largest health service provider in Cyprus.
