In the context of efforts to better serve citizens on issues related to the management of positive cases and close contacts of COVID-19, the Ministry of Health announces the opening of a call centre that will be available to citizens on a daily basis (Monday - Sunday) from 8 am to 8 pm.
Citizens will be able to be served by calling the following telephone numbers, which are also listed in the instructions sent via text message to positive cases and contacts.

It is recommended that the interested parties carefully follow the recorded instructions, before choosing to be referred to competent officials for the issues described below:
- For the completion and electronic registration of data in the platform "Phase" (Option 1)
- For tracing issues and for controversial laboratory test results (Option 2)
- For issues of self-isolation and release of positive cases (Option 3)
- For issues of issuing a European Certificate of Disease (EUDCC Recovery) (Option 4)
- For issues of issuing a European Certificate of Negative Laboratory Examination (EUDCC Testing) or for issues of sampling of contacts or for issues of mobile units of the Ministry of Health (Option 5)
- For issues of special permit certificates for close contacts (Option 6)
- For transfer to free state quarantine or for results of laboratory tests required for operations, prisoners or for emergency results (Option 7)
It is clarified that for the provision of general information on the decrees and the measures in force, the call centre 1474 is still in force between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 (Monday – Sunday).
For reporting worsening symptoms and transferring a positive covid-19 case to the hospital, citizens should call the Ambulance Service through 112 or directly to the Coordination Call Center of the Ambulance Service on the phone. 22887171 (operates 24 hours a day (Monday – Sunday).
