In the context of efforts to better serve bedridden people who wish to be vaccinated, the Ministry of Health informs that the administration of the strengthening /4th dose of vaccine will be done at home or in the place of residence of patients by specialized nurses, who will communicate with the applicants to arrange an appointment for the vaccination. Vaccination will be done with an mRNA Pfizer vaccine provided that the period of 5 months has elapsed since the booster/3rd dose of the vaccine.
Beneficiaries are people over 70 years of age and people immunosuppressed regardless of age.
More specifically:
- Beneficiaries should fill in the Consent Form A https://bit.ly/3DBnpQG and present it together with the identification form and the initial vaccination card, on the day of their vaccination.
- People who during the initial phase of the vaccination program were not vaccinated at home, but today due to a health problem are bedridden, can apply for home vaccination, by duly filling in the Consent Form 'B https://bit.ly/3r2PZW9. This form should be sent signed by both the beneficiary or his/her representative and the Personal Doctor to the fax: 22605491.
